DEAR VEG ABBY HEALTHY TIP OF THE DAY: Get creative. There are lots of types of creative expression. It could be drawing a picture, taking a photo, making a dessert or meal, dancing, writing... you get the idea. Expressing your creativity is freeing, feels good and is relaxing too.

The Abbot Kinney Festival in Venice was full of creativity. Even the Argonaut's cover was a great expression of the event. There was a booth full of art that was really eye catching at the festival. Loud colorful cartoonish people "Of Course She Said" art with words that affect. It is abrasive and in your face. It is startling and kinda funny at the same time. Check it out.

 There was art in the booth and then there were the people walking around. Each person displaying their individual style. Even getting dressed can be a form of creative expression, and it certainly shows in Venice beach. The earrings, bracelets, necklaces, the wraps, the frocks, the bags in many styles and colors.
